My Fellow Christians:
In conversations with Greek scholars at the highest theological levels of both Bob Jones University and the Southern Baptist Convention, along with my own studies, I found that there are three primary attributes of slavery in antiquity:
1) Taxation of Property (1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Planks of "The Communist Manifesto").
2) Taxation of Labor (income tax: flat or graduated/ 2nd Plank).
3) Numbering People Like Cattle (to control labor and/ or property).
Note that these three attributes are not those of the brief and passing apportioned head taxes that Jesus Christ grudgingly rendered unto both Caesar (Matthew 22:21) and the Temple (Matthew 17:24-27), nor are they the tolls of King Solomon (I Kings 10:15) or the taxes on increase from property that God blessed in Genesis 41 during a time of famine to save a region from economic collapse. These are not the covenant relationship between strictly God and the individual known as the tithe either. (Interestingly, the terms "tithe," "tithes" and "tithing" appear a total of forty times throughout the Bible, and each time the tithe is thoroughly instructed, no mention is made of tithing on labor or property, intrinsically. In fact, because of the non-forced nature of the tithe, it has no place being discussed in the context of tax policy. Those who promote a 10% flat tax based in the tithe concept fail to understand their terms. God made it clear to even Pharaoh's army in the Red Sea that there is no legitimate temporal taxation of the labor and property of God's people.) A different consistent ingrained extraction dynamic and a loss of ultimate ownership of one's own labor and/ or property is at work in immoral slavery. (It should be noted that the "slavery" that God tolerated but did not endorse in the Old Testament was a type of debtor's bankruptcy arrangement that lasted six years or until the Year of Jubilee, which ever is sooner. All other dynamics of taxing labor or property represent a highly immoral process and condition that the law of Moses worked to mitigate and ultimately to abolish over time.)
I found also in a read of "The Communist Manifesto" that the function of its 10 Planks and all things "Communist" is to twist a nation with a free market economy (including freedom of conscience and free exchange of ideas) into an atheistic, secular humanist socialist communist slave state and that this document is at the root of both Fascism (the enslavement of the individual to the collectivist state via the corporation) and Communism (the direct enslavement of the individual to the collectivist state).
Under the class action, we assert that the United States Government has:
1) adopted a state religion (religion: a highest truth system of thought and conduct, theistic or non-theistic) called, "Secular Humanist Socialist Communism" or "Darwinian Marxism" and now imposes this Global Secular Humanist Socialist Communist state slave religion upon American Christians (82% of the U.S. population according to Cable News Network), directly violating the intellect, Exodus 10:3, I Timothy 1:9-10 ("enslavers"), Exodus 21:16, I Corinthians 7:21-23, Ephesians 6:4, Revelation 13:17, Judges 3 and the 1st, 5th, 10th and 13th Amendments to the United States Constitution, along with the concept of liberty (liberty: Greek word: elutheria -- without liability) in the first paragraph of our American Constitution. They have imposed slavery, by definition, upon a people who are called by God to:
(a) "use"/ "act toward" freedom from temporal slavery (taxation of labor, taxation of property and being counted like cattle) "rather"/ "with clear preference" in I Corinthians 7:21b, if freedom from temporal slavery presents itself, and
(b) in an application of I Corinthians 7:23, reject slavery categorically, if already free. [Greek based expanded translation of I Corinthians 7:22b-23: "[H]e that is called, being free, is Christ's slave. You [free Christians] are bought with a price, be categorically not the [literal, figurative, involuntary or voluntary] slaves of men." 2) especially since 9/11/2001 imposed new uses for the Social Security number that are unrelated to its original intent of facilitating individual dealings with the Social Security Administration, such that one may now not "buy" land, cars, homes, cell phones, credit cards, bank accounts, renewed professional licenses, pass ports, etc. "or sell" labor (see: Revelation 13:17) and many types of property without the government imposed control number (see: Revelation 13 and 14), resulting in a very real emotional torture of tens of millions of American Christians seeking for their very soul's sake to be uninvolved in the 'mark of the Beast' concept.
(Concerning the mark of the Beast, it should be noted here that "the number of his name" (Revelation 13:17-18) is 666, while the "mark" (Revelation 13:17a) of the Beast is listed distinctly separate within the same text. If the "mark" is distinct from 666 ("the number of his name"), and distinct from his "name," then what is the mark? The mark is that which controls an individual's buying or selling and is of or from 666; of or from his "name" (Revelation 14:11); of or from his "authority"; of or from his "character" (see: "Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible," #3686: "name," onoma -- name, authority/ character).
Let's evaluate the "authority" and "character" of the Beast/ his name. We know that he is religious, global, economic, totalitarian and anti-Christian. Marxism is, as we've already established, a religion. And it is global, economic, totalitarian and openly anti-Christian. What comes of or from this "authority" and "character" that presently controls an individual's buying or selling? Answer: The Social Security number, a Marxist concept.
Thus, it is quite reasonable to conclude the Social Security number to presently be fully the mark of or from the Beast's "authority" and "character" ("the mark of his name"), with the actual Beast residing in the shadows of a thousand global institutions. Some suggest that those of us with Social Security numbers may have already taken the mark of the Beast in our foreheads (minds) or in our right hands (Social Security card). My read of the Greek indicates that the actual "mark" is to be tangibly present in the skin of the forehead or right hand (possibly as high as the elbow downward to the fingers). Whatever the case, clearly, we are operating outside of God's will with such a number on us.)
3) sought most visibly through the United Nations, Democrat Party, U.S. Tax System, Secular Public School System, and American Judiciary to oust or "prohibit" (see: 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution) out of existence Biblical Christianity from America's shores over many decades of gradual changes in our local, state and federal laws, in accordance with the stated function of the 10 Planks.
4) engaged in an extortion of funds from the Christian people of America and the larger American population by never having legally ratified the 16th Amendment of The United States Constitution by a two-thirds majority vote of the states. (Note: "[N]either . . . thieves . . . , nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9-10).)
Furthermore, this government has confessed concerning the income tax: "There is no single sentence anywhere that indicates an individual has a tax liability" (Mr. Terry Lemons, Communications Director of the Internal Revenue Service made this statement to me, Gene Chapman, in the main lobby of the Main IRS Building, 1111 Constitution Ave., Washington D.C., on September 2, 2004 at between 1 and 2 p.m. Eastern Time in front of two Treasury Agents (names withheld at this time).)
Relief sought: Do away with or allow a simple "opt out" with no negative consequences for Christians who do not wish to be slaves (opt out of the 10 Planks of "The Communist Manifesto"), attend Secular Public Schools (10th Plank of "The Communist Manifesto") or be in such close proximity to the "mark of the beast" issue, in accordance with Biblical teaching. No requirement to have or use a national id card, etc.
Like a giant python, the U.S. Government is squeezing Christians into the mold of slavery and the "mark of the Beast" more each day. The Social Security number is now, since 9/11/2001, indistinguishable in American law from the "mark of the Beast" for the first time in American history. We have an opportunity here to set a strong legal precedent that will both free Christians from literal slavery now and perhaps give some breathing room to those Christians who will live through the time of the Beast; the mark, the name of the Beast and the number of his name (666) being some things for which there can be no compromise with civil government (see: Revelation 14:9-10). Clearly, "we ought to obey God rather than men" (Acts 5;29) in matters of "fire and brimstone " (Revelation 14:10) and "categorically not" (I Corinthians 7:22b-23) becoming the slaves of men.
Note: According to I Corinthians 7:21b, one might infer that when Christians do not seek freedom from slavery (i.e. income taxes: flat or graduated, property taxes and being counted like cattle), it may cost souls their salvation in Christ. The human author of Corinthians, Paul the Apostle, used his freedom to win souls; he feels clearly that there is a "use" for our freedom.
Also, in Exodus 10:3, Almighty God asserts that there is a direct causal relationship between the people of God being slaves and their inability to properly "serve" God.
In my own situation, I have been working several years to gain a visa to Ghana and The Sudan to see what can be done to free Christians enslaved there, but my refusal to use a Social Security number on an international document has constrained me from leaving America's 50 state plantation. My U. S. Government constrained mission to do my job as a Christian minister may even be costing souls contact with the Gospel and resulting salvation by U. S. policy decisions.
In Judges 3, we find two stories of how God raised up deliverers and sent them to kill kings who had enslaved the people of God (taxed their labor and/ or property). In the context of the American Revolution, the Civil War, the War Against Hitler, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the War Against Islamic-Fascism and II Timothy 3:16, this is a viable action against slavery by free Christians avoiding national enslavement today.
The Marxist religion's social imperative is to 'fund the needs and wants of the collective or group before any individual is allowed the achieve above the group.' Benevolence funding from a Christian perspective is to be done, ". . . not by browbeating, nor by constraint [force -- (taxation and/ or extortion)]: for God loves a cheerful giver" (II Corinthians 9:7). This further justifies the Christian basis to abolish the personal income tax.
We know that Charles Darwin's proposition that all life developed on earth from a single organism or "first creature" (p. 399, "The Origin of Species," by Charles Darwin) has been utterly discredited by the micro-biological sciences that developed in the 1980's, which proved that irreducible complexity is vast within the natural world (see documentary: "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed," with Ben Stein).
The non-theistic Karl Marx built upon Darwin's now scientifically failed proposition in order to enslave the masses to the collectivist state, later carried out in the work of Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt and others. Vast irreducible complexity makes moot the assertion of Darwinian Evolution and the laws of probability (requiring 100 trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion universes be in existence, not to mention travelling spacemen with a bent toward collecting irreducible complexity in each of these universes, to allow the Neo-Darwinian propositions to continue) then make moot the possibility in any rational discussion that all earth life developed independently of a creator.
While four (4) biographies, an army of apologists and an alphabet soup of dozens of extra-biblical historical figures in antiquity present Jesus Christ's life and resurrection from the dead, lending credibility to the entirety of Christian Scripture, the moral basis of the U. S. Constitution, Neo-Darwinism offers only another flimsy 'maybe' or 'might' of spacemen of crystals from the tail of a comet bringing life to earth, pushing humanity further into the abyss of Marxist tyranny on the back of the weakest conjecture.
Now societies are intellectually forced to return to the U. S. Constitution's assumption that a "Creator" endowed humankind with certain "unalienable rights"; among them are "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Thus, no person or government has the intellectual, moral or other authority to kill, enslave of disrupt an individual from their pursuit of happiness. Freedom, mercy and love have no place in a Marxist world, but Marxism's dead now that Darwinism is dead. Only the corpses we must remove from the infrastructure of American institutions.
(Note: Prior to the rise of Darwin's proposition in the early 20th Century, the professing Christian population was 14-16% higher than today. The Darwinian proposition's exit from the stage should correct this decline over time.)
In Daniel, we find the story or Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, who refused to worship an alternative religious figure at the demand of the political leader, King Nebuchadnezzar. They were prepared to resist unto death, if need be.
In America, a nation that has adopted all ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto," the demands of an alternative religion are imposed upon the Christian people to worship the proverbial golden image of Karl Marx, an open Anti-Christ and false prophet of Secular Humanist Socialist Communism (a religion of atheism). He was and is through his followers engaged in a direct and open attack upon the Christian religion through the 10 Planks of his manifesto (see: pp. 242-244). Thus, to pay the income tax, property tax, use a social security number, send children to a secular public school, obey free speech control laws (i. e. 501c3 pulpit speech), utilize Federal Reserve Banking, pay estate taxes, obey farm controls and gun control/ licensing laws, etc., found in "The Communist Manifesto" and associated Communist materials is to commit absolute idolatry for the free Christian and debatable idolatry for the enslaved Christian.
Finally, Holy Scripture indicates that there will be a "strong delusion" (II Thessalonians 2:11) or shadowy ambiguity present in the world that comes from a departure from orthodoxy within the church surrounding the imposition of the 'mark of the Beast' (see: Revelation 13:18). We know that the final prophecies of Revelation were written to be fulfilled after 1995 A.D., if for no other reason than that the technology has never before existed in human history that would enable the world's peoples to observe and celebrate with global gift-giving over the deaths of the two witnesses that lie in the streets of Jerusalem for 3 1/2 days (see: Revelation 11), an event that has never yet happened even without Internet cameras, Pay Pal and FedEx. We know also that entire nations will be at war with the Beast throughout the Tribulation Period, so there is no reason to fold our hands and give America over to the Devil. Even Jesus instructed us in a parable: "Occupy till I come" (Luke 19:13).
In a day when a one world government is already in place in the form of the United Nations (see: Revelation 13:12). . . In a day when governments around the world are numbering their citizens like cattle in order to impose income taxes and property taxes (see: Revelation 13 and 14) . . . In a day when the American Social Security number is not allowing us to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17) without it . . . In a day when American corporations like L A Fitness are forcing zero cash "electronic only payments" upon their customers, without exception . . . In a day when "strong delusion" (II Thessalonians 2:11) is already overtaking the way we define moral concepts like marriage and family, slavery, freedom and male and female . . . In a day when our own American soldiers are having Global Positioning identifier microchips placed under their skin by our Government, Christians are no longer in a position to toy with any shadowy ambiguity that may be left in the slavery/ mark of the beast issue. Its paws are on our chest, and it is licking us in the face. I look forward to a letter from you and Christians you know in signing on as Co-Complainants to the Class Action soon.
Two now former Presidents of the Southern Baptist Convention inform me that this material is being evaluated for a possible change to the "Confession of Faith" of the 15 million member organization. And our lawyer tells me that with such passage, he may then proceed into man's courts with "standing," shutting down all Marxist activities imposed upon Christians throughout America.

Understanding Exhibit A 1-5
1) We read on page 242 of "The Communist Manifesto," published by Penguin Classics: "When the ancient world was in its last throes, the ancient religions were overcome by Christianity." Karl Marx and Friedrich Engles assert here that the Christian religion overcame all other ancient theistic religions.
2) Exhibit A2 presents the following: "When Christian ideas succumbed in the 18th century to rationalist ideas . . . . "Marx's assumption here is that Christianity was intellectually superior to all previous religions but that now it too has been overcome by Rationalism.
3) Exhibit A3 states: "But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality. . . ." In context, Marx views Christianity as the last religion to be overcome by his Rationalism; thus, Christianity stands as the paramount "religion" that Communism abolishes.

The human author of Corinthians, Paul the Apostle, used his freedom to win souls; he feels clearly that there is a "use" for our freedom.
Also, in Exodus 10:3, Almighty God asserts that there is a direct causal relationship between the people of God being slaves and their inability to properly "serve" God.
In my own situation, I have been working several years to gain a visa to Ghana and The Sudan to see what can be done to free Christians enslaved there, but my refusal to use a Social Security number on an international document has constrained me from leaving America's 50 state plantation. My U. S. Government constrained mission to do my job as a Christian minister may even be costing souls contact with the Gospel and resulting salvation by U. S. policy decisions.
In Judges 3, we find two stories of how God raised up deliverers and sent them to kill kings who had enslaved the people of God (taxed their labor and/ or property). In the context of the American Revolution, the Civil War, the War Against Hitler, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the War Against Islamic-Fascism and II Timothy 3:16, this is a viable action against slavery by free Christians avoiding national enslavement today.
The Marxist religion's social imperative is to 'fund the needs and wants of the collective or group before any individual is allowed the achieve above the group.' Benevolence funding from a Christian perspective is to be done, ". . . not by browbeating, nor by constraint [force -- (taxation and/ or extortion)]: for God loves a cheerful giver" (II Corinthians 9:7). This further justifies the Christian basis to abolish the personal income tax.
We know that Charles Darwin's proposition that all life developed on earth from a single organism or "first creature" (p. 399, "The Origin of Species," by Charles Darwin) has been utterly discredited by the micro-biological sciences that developed in the 1980's, which proved that irreducible complexity is vast within the natural world (see documentary: "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed," with Ben Stein).
The non-theistic Karl Marx built upon Darwin's now scientifically failed proposition in order to enslave the masses to the collectivist state, later carried out in the work of Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt and others. Vast irreducible complexity makes moot the assertion of Darwinian Evolution and the laws of probability (requiring 100 trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion universes be in existence, not to mention travelling spacemen with a bent toward collecting irreducible complexity in each of these universes, to allow the Neo-Darwinian propositions to continue) then make moot the possibility in any rational discussion that all earth life developed independently of a creator.
While four (4) biographies, an army of apologists and an alphabet soup of dozens of extra-biblical historical figures in antiquity present Jesus Christ's life and resurrection from the dead, lending credibility to the entirety of Christian Scripture, the moral basis of the U. S. Constitution, Neo-Darwinism offers only another flimsy 'maybe' or 'might' of spacemen of crystals from the tail of a comet bringing life to earth, pushing humanity further into the abyss of Marxist tyranny on the back of the weakest conjecture.
Now societies are intellectually forced to return to the U. S. Constitution's assumption that a "Creator" endowed humankind with certain "unalienable rights"; among them are "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Thus, no person or government has the intellectual, moral or other authority to kill, enslave of disrupt an individual from their pursuit of happiness. Freedom, mercy and love have no place in a Marxist world, but Marxism's dead now that Darwinism is dead. Only the corpses we must remove from the infrastructure of American institutions.
(Note: Prior to the rise of Darwin's proposition in the early 20th Century, the professing Christian population was 14-16% higher than today. The Darwinian proposition's exit from the stage should correct this decline over time.)
In Daniel, we find the story or Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, who refused to worship an alternative religious figure at the demand of the political leader, King Nebuchadnezzar. They were prepared to resist unto death, if need be.
In America, a nation that has adopted all ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto," the demands of an alternative religion are imposed upon the Christian people to worship the proverbial golden image of Karl Marx, an open Anti-Christ and false prophet of Secular Humanist Socialist Communism (a religion of atheism). He was and is through his followers engaged in a direct and open attack upon the Christian religion through the 10 Planks of his manifesto (see: pp. 242-244). Thus, to pay the income tax, property tax, use a social security number, send children to a secular public school, obey free speech control laws (i. e. 501c3 pulpit speech), utilize Federal Reserve Banking, pay estate taxes, obey farm controls and gun control/ licensing laws, etc., found in "The Communist Manifesto" and associated Communist materials is to commit absolute idolatry for the free Christian and debatable idolatry for the enslaved Christian.
Finally, Holy Scripture indicates that there will be a "strong delusion" (II Thessalonians 2:11) or shadowy ambiguity present in the world that comes from a departure from orthodoxy within the church surrounding the imposition of the 'mark of the Beast' (see: Revelation 13:18). We know that the final prophecies of Revelation were written to be fulfilled after 1995 A.D., if for no other reason than that the technology has never before existed in human history that would enable the world's peoples to observe and celebrate with global gift-giving over the deaths of the two witnesses that lie in the streets of Jerusalem for 3 1/2 days (see: Revelation 11), an event that has never yet happened even without Internet cameras, Pay Pal and FedEx. We know also that entire nations will be at war with the Beast throughout the Tribulation Period, so there is no reason to fold our hands and give America over to the Devil. Even Jesus instructed us in a parable: "Occupy till I come" (Luke 19:13).
In a day when a one world government is already in place in the form of the United Nations (see: Revelation 13:12). . . In a day when governments around the world are numbering their citizens like cattle in order to impose income taxes and property taxes (see: Revelation 13 and 14) . . . In a day when the American Social Security number is not allowing us to "buy or sell" (Revelation 13:17) without it . . . In a day when American corporations like L A Fitness are forcing zero cash "electronic only payments" upon their customers, without exception . . . In a day when "strong delusion" (II Thessalonians 2:11) is already overtaking the way we define moral concepts like marriage and family, slavery, freedom and male and female . . . In a day when our own American soldiers are having Global Positioning identifier microchips placed under their skin by our Government, Christians are no longer in a position to toy with any shadowy ambiguity that may be left in the slavery/ mark of the beast issue. Its paws are on our chest, and it is licking us in the face. I look forward to a letter from you and Christians you know in signing on as Co-Complainants to the Class Action soon.
Two now former Presidents of the Southern Baptist Convention inform me that this material is being evaluated for a possible change to the "Confession of Faith" of the 15 million member organization. And our lawyer tells me that with such passage, he may then proceed into man's courts with "standing," shutting down all Marxist activities imposed upon Christians throughout America.

Understanding Exhibit A 1-5
1) We read on page 242 of "The Communist Manifesto," published by Penguin Classics: "When the ancient world was in its last throes, the ancient religions were overcome by Christianity." Karl Marx and Friedrich Engles assert here that the Christian religion overcame all other ancient theistic religions.
2) Exhibit A2 presents the following: "When Christian ideas succumbed in the 18th century to rationalist ideas . . . . "Marx's assumption here is that Christianity was intellectually superior to all previous religions but that now it too has been overcome by Rationalism.
3) Exhibit A3 states: "But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality. . . ." In context, Marx views Christianity as the last religion to be overcome by his Rationalism; thus, Christianity stands as the paramount "religion" that Communism abolishes.
4) On page 243, Exhibit A4 reads: "Of course in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by despotic inroads on the rights of property . . . ." Marx tells us that his mechanism to abolish the Christian religion is to undermine property rights.
5) On pages 243 and 244, Exhibit A5 is ten planks that are presented in American society, designed to destroy the Christian religion over time, listed as follows:
1. Property taxes and Eminent Domain Laws.
2. Income Taxes.
3. Inheritance Taxes.
4. Confiscation of Property from Emigrants and Those The Government Dislikes.
5. Federal Reserve Banking to Empower Deficit Spending.
6. FCC and Interstate Commerce Commission.
7. Farm Controls.
8. WPA, CCC and Peace Corps.
9. Population Control Laws.

"enslavers"/ "menstealers": (I Timothy 1:10) -- (Greek word: andrapodistes):
1) those who impose a taxing of labor (i. e. property/ income tax) upon uncondemned free persons; thus, under the judgment of God's Moral Law.
2) those who count/ number people like cattle in order to control the labor and or property of uncondemned free persons.
The Old Testament counterpart to "andrapodistes" is found in Exodus 21:16 and has to do with enslaving an uncondemned free person without that person having an alternative, or full knowledge or being able to offer full willful consent, as when a child is given a Social Security number at birth or an average citizen is forced to sign papers to get a paycheck or open a bank account. Gun control/ licensing laws, educational mandates and the like fit this Exodus 21:16 discussion, as well.
